The team at MINT Pool and Landscape Design wowed crowds at this months Melbourne Spa and Pool Expo. Their striking display attracted many show-goers seeking inspiration for their own pool and landscape designs. MINT created an enticing space that echoed their high quality, contemporary design expertise.

Reflecting on the expo stand, Director of MINT, Darin Bradbury says, We simply wanted to design something contemporary using materials that we love to design with including concrete and timber. We also love landscapes that have greys, whites and blacks. This gives a really pared back and elegant feel to our projects. These materials and colours can feel a little cold on their own so we add details such as pots and plants to connect with people on an emotional level. These items are what draw people into spaces and make them want to use them.

The expo stand expressed a thoroughly modern theme, accented with stylish outdoor furniture and pots from our very own Topline range. Grey tones and different shapes from the range were elegantly grouped: egg planter, cube planter, low bowl. The Topline pots were planted with foliage colours that worked beautifully against the dark wall.

Bradbury used the Topline pots for good reason: We love the Topline Range. We specify these pots in many of our gardens. The linear print on these pots makes them look very elegant and a perfect fit for high-end landscapes. We find the blacks and grey colours of these pots allow the plants to shine whilst making a statement in their own right. What appealed to us for this application also was the range of shapes and sizes. It allowed us to create an interesting pot 'scene' from large to small using pots from the same range for unity.

Using just three large framed photos to suggest their portfolio, MINTs stand displayed the restrained elegance that is typical of their client work. Congratulations to the team for an expo stand that quite deservedly stood out from its competitors.
